Annual reimbursement of up to $120 for expenses incurred for things like: gym memberships, home fitness equipment, fitness class costs and weight management/loss programs

PTO – Paid time off

CKV recognizes that team members need time away from work to recharge and rest. Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits represent paid time away from work for holidays, vacation, personal days, and sick leave.

Regular full‑time and regular part‑time team members working 30 hours or more per pay period begin accruing PTO on their first day of employment.
Full‑time team members can earn up to 21 PTO days in their first year.
PTO hours carry over from year to year, and eligible team members may accumulate up to 400 hours.
